Our fundamental objective is to demonstrate that Twinsbros surfboards, made in Italy have nothing to be envious about the boards that are coming from the surf capitals of the world like Hawaii, Australia, California, South Africa etc. regarding shape and materials.


The TwinsBros Factory is based in Livorno and is dedicated to the production of high quality surfboards.

Our step by step process of production is the same as the biggest surfboard producers in the world.

  The power of our product is based on 5 fundamental principles :

SHAPE:
With the know-how of our shapers and CNC tecnology, we are able to create really precise shape with the possiblity of modifying all the board measurements in a millimetric way to have a perfect and unique result. If requested, we can also personalize our models on the surfer and on his home type wave.
 

MATERIALS:
We import all the materials from oceanic countries where large production allows you to find the best quality and innovation. Our tested and approved recipe is:

• Blanks'White on white' foam, 'spring flex', light, very white, very hard, flexible and reactive.
• Hexcel fiberglass.
• Silmar resin.
• Scarfini Finssystem, plugg-in fins system, 100% FCS compatible, very strong and extremely hard to break.

FEEDBACK:
we countinually listen and try to interpret with measurement all the feelings of our team riders and all different level surfers who surf with our boards around the world.

CONTINUAL RESEARCH, IMPROVEMENT AND TRANSFORMATION:
Thanks to our contact with the greater world of surf, we are able to have a product which keeps in line with the world market, constantly growing and evolving, and usually ahead of the Italian market.
DEDICATED AREAS OPTOMISED FOR EACH PROCESS:
Inside the Factory there are different rooms where it is possible to follow each step of the process in the best way.
The Factory is sub-divided in the following way:

• STOCK ROOM: Where all blanks, resin, fiber etc. are stocked and ready for every order.
• CNC ROOM: Where there is a pre-shaping machine with a modern CNC system which allows to shape with percision of 0.01 mm.
• SHAPING ROOM: With particular lighting which allows the shaper to give the last touches with max precision and symmetry.
• ARTWORKS ROOM: Special room for spraying.
• GLASSING ROOM: A large ventilated room with temperature and humidity control to glass the boards, a very important process to have an excellent final product.
• SANDING ROOM: Area dedicated to sanding the boards.
• REPAIR ROOM: Area reserved for repairing and work on all type of boards.

All the surfboards that are produced in the TB Factory, also the ones that are produced for other labels, have the TB FACTORY ITALY logo. This stamp guarantees that the board is made respecting all the standards of quality in each process which are continuously controlled.

Thanks to this and the recognition of our experience, on top of our Twinsbros boards we make different types of boards for other producers
